Investors can see how current the profile is
The status describes maintenance and freshness only. It never changes ranking, investment evaluation, or match fit.
- Actively maintained
- Paid account, confirmed core facts, and no unpublished changes.
- Update due
- New changes exist or confirmation is 31–45 days old.
- Not actively maintained
- No ongoing account or confirmation is more than 45 days old.
- Potentially outdated
- After 90 days the freshness warning becomes deliberately stronger.
Are monthly and yearly accounts available?
Yes. Monthly is the flexible default. The yearly account includes the equivalent of two months.
What happens after cancellation?
Your area, history, and profile remain. A published profile is never bought or boosted, but its maintenance state transparently changes to “not actively maintained” and later, where applicable, “potentially outdated”.
Does a startup pay to try FoundMatter?
No. Profile drafting, self-evaluation, and preview are the free entry. The Startup Account funds ongoing visible maintenance and matching.
Do prices include VAT?
FoundMatter currently qualifies for the Austrian small-business VAT exemption; VAT is not separately charged.
