Withdrawal information for consumers.
Updated: 23 August 2026
This information applies to consumers under Austrian distance-contract law. Business users have no statutory distance-contract withdrawal right. The German version is authoritative.
1. Right and period
You may withdraw from the agreement within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins when the agreement is concluded, normally on successful registration. Send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to paul@foundmatter.com.
2. Effects
Payments received are refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal reaches us, normally by the original payment method. The current free pilot involves no refund; the account is closed on request.
3. Digital services
The right may expire early under section 18(1)(11) FAGG after full performance if you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the possible loss of the right. Any required consent will be requested separately.
